1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using AI Transformation Guru, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. About the service

AI Transformation Guru is a beta advisory service. We help operators identify a practical, payback-focused first AI move and deliver an analysis called the Starting Point Report. The service is provided “as is” while in beta. Features and pricing may change without notice while we learn what works.

3. Reports are informational

Our reports are informational and advisory. They reflect our best analysis based on the information you provide, the context we observe, and the expert review of senior operators. They are intended to help you think clearly about where to invest in AI first.

Reports are not legal, financial, accounting, tax, or investment advice. If a recommendation involves a significant business decision, you should consult a qualified professional in the relevant field.

4. No guarantee of outcomes

We make no guarantee that following any recommendation in a report will produce a specific business outcome, payback, or return on investment. The estimates we provide are honest analysis, not promises. Your results depend on factors specific to your business, market, team, and execution.

5. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You agree not to share your account or let others access it under your credentials.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Tell us promptly at sales@aitransformationguru.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

6. Payment (when applicable)

We're operating in beta. Some access tiers are free; the paid tier (the Starting Point Report) will be billed when ordered. When paid orders are offered, payment will be handled by a third-party processor — we will not store credit-card details directly. A clear refund policy will be published before paid orders go live.

7. Intellectual property

We own AI Transformation Guru, the brand, the report templates, and the methodology that go into producing your report. When we deliver a report to you, you are free to use it inside your business for decision-making and to share it with your team, advisors, board, and lenders. You agree not to resell, redistribute publicly, or repackage the report as your own product.

You retain ownership of the business information you provide to us. You grant us a limited license to use that information for the purpose of operating the service and producing your report.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the platform.
• Use the service to send spam, phishing, or malicious content.
• Submit information that infringes third-party rights or contains personal data of others without their permission.

9. Beta service

The service is offered in beta. We may change features, modify pricing tiers, or temporarily pause access while we improve the product. We will try to give reasonable notice for material changes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or losses arising from your reliance on a report's analysis.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations — in those cases, the limitations apply to the maximum extent allowed.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AI Transformation Guru is based, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles.
